KDHE fines four Wichita restaurants
Four Wichita restaurants have been fined by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. The Good Egg, 2141 N. Bradley Fair Parkway, was fined $1,000 after inspections July 3 and 18 cited three violations: an employee failing to clean hands after handling soiled equipment, failing to use the correct concentration of sanitizing solution in sinks, and failing to clean food contact surfaces or equipment.
